Arch Amenities Group, the world’s leading spa, fitness and leisure firm, is seeking a Les Mills Group Fitness Instructor and the Mayerson JCC in Cincinnati. The Group Fitness Instructor is responsible for providing quality fitness and exercise programs designed to meet the needs of members, residents or guests. Qualifications: Must be certified through Les Mills BODYPUMP. Valid CPR Certification. Excellent communication skills. Well-organized and prepared to teach classes. Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods. Normal work hours: varied to include nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation: Pay per class rate ranges from $25-$30 per hour depending on certifications and experience. Pay Range $25.00 – $35.00 / hour.
