Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting drywall and miscellaneous repairs.
• Some ground maintenance activities such as trimming hedges, removing weeds, raking and disposing of leaves and refuse, and planting shrubs and flowers.
• Room set ups that involve moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies.
• Work within company policies and safety regulations.
• Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems.
• Maintains time and production records.
• Snow removal

Experience:

• Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
