The Jewish Federation of Cincinnati (“JFC”) is hiring an Accounting & Finance Senior Manager for Shared Business Services (SBS), a department of JFC. SBS provides professional finance, accounting, human resource, and risk management and insurance services for the Jewish Federation and for over twenty local Jewish non-profit client agencies and is a critical, valued business partner of those organizations.

The Accounting & Finance Senior Manager is responsible for the financial leadership and oversight of one or more SBS client organizations. This includes serving as a key member of each client’s leadership team and a trusted financial advisor to its professional and board leadership. The role includes hands-on financial operations, strategic planning support, budgeting, reporting, and supervision of accounting staff.

This position reports to the Managing Director of Shared Business Services and serves on the SBS leadership team. Functionally, the manager also reports to the executive leadership of each assigned client and regularly engages with their board committees, including Finance and Investment.
