Do you know AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE? Because we would like to know you and your caring heart. We have caregiving positions for people who would like to work with Developmentally Disabled Deaf individuals - a wonderful crew.

PAID TRAINING: $13.80 and $15.25 FINAL Trained Rate

BENEFITS OFFERED! Position includes medical, dental, vision, retirement savings account, paid vacation and paid sick time. This position includes PAID training.

Full Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) needed for Afternoon(3p - 11p) shifts, Midnight (11p-7a) shifts during days and weekends.

Groups homes in Farmington Hills and West Bloomfield locations.

Preferred Qualifications

· Knowledge and proficiency in American Sign Language.

Required Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED

· Valid Michigan Driver’s License needed! As driving an agency vehicle is often required. YOU DO NOT NEED TO USE YOUR OWN CAR - we have vans.

Job Summary

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for performing or assisting people served in all aspects of personal care, daily living, and housekeeping tasks. This may include: eating, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, cooking, budgeting, shopping, menu planning, housekeeping, laundry, and other activities of daily living
