What we will accomplish together:

Alsinova is looking for a Business Development Manager/Director.

Your mission (should you decide to accept it):

Develop, execute and oversee business strategy locally and contribute to International Business Initiative. This is a great opportunity to work with a local of Business Developers and an International team.

Your daily activities will be:

  • Represent the mission, values and expertise of the company Develop
  • Maintain account and achieved monthly and annual sales
  • Maintain great knowledge on market data.
  • Mine/prospect potential client contacts to Business Development team for follow up
  • Collaborate with creation, implementation and maintenance of client communication tools, including e-mail announcements / LinkedIn / website contents
  • Participate in any events aligned with Business strategiesProfil
  • Capability of selling project and Consulting

You:

  • Mimimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or in Sciences with DESS in administration.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in CRO/Business development activities/pharmaceutical related field.
  • Very organized, self-motivated, independent producer.
  • Ability to deal with monthly target objectives.
  • Strong customer focus, great communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to convince, and persuade.
